Hello
As the completing the health requirement is one of the many conditions to get PR in Australia. However, after long many many years struggle and winning the appeal from AAT now as 7 years old has mild autism is the issue. The child is Australia born. How unfair for the parents after all that hardwork and no future for the child. Heart breaking. If someone can help but I believe everyone says this is the dead end and no hope. Any suggestion. |
