| Dear, I hope you are doing well.
I am Surinder Pal from India. This is in regards to my file BCC2019/6351824 which I lodged on 28-11-2019 to pursue a Ph.D. in Australia (Student visa Subclass 500, Postgraduate research sector, and my TRN number: EGOOH78J2D). I have been fully sponsored by the Govt of India to pursue my chosen course in Australia. However, now at this stage, I would like to seek assistance in regards to processing my application. Earlier, I was requested to provide further documentation on two occasions (17-12-2019 and 10-01-2020) which I provided to the Department timely.
